The league / How it works
A monthly competition for men's amateur football. Learn how teams rotate, how points determine the monthly table and how the top three teams qualify for the final.
The format
42 players form six teams of seven, split into two 90-minute blocks of three teams. Two teams play a 10-minute game while the third waits. The winner stays on, the waiting team comes on and the losing team waits. Try the example below.
Team A and Team B play 10 minutes. Team C waits on the sideline.

Your level and position inform team placement. You stay with your teammates for the month, while groups of three change each week.
Gameplay, discipline, ties and standings are all in the league rules.
League rules
Match night
The field runs from 7 to 10 PM. Your team's block is posted before match night, so keep the full window free.
Central Tech Stadium and Monarch Park Stadium are proposed venues. Both have winter domes. The season venue will be confirmed when rosters and teams are set, and members will be notified first by email and in the app.
See proposed venuesIf a team is not ready 5 minutes after its block starts, the other two teams kick off. The late team comes on as the waiting team once ready.

How nights open
Weeknights open one at a time as earlier nights fill. Each night needs six full teams before it runs. Check the night selector for current availability.
