Email league@kickr.ca with your full name and the email you registered with. Refunds are processed back to the original card via Stripe within 3 to 5 business days. Credits are applied to your account immediately.
Your subscription renews on the same day each month. Cancel any time through the "Manage subscription" link in any Stripe payment receipt. No need to email us. Cancelling stops future charges; the current month is governed by the timing rules above.
If your team forfeits because you didn't show, that game still counts against your monthly slate; no credit is issued. If KICKR cancels a game (weather, venue), it's automatically credited to your next month.
Pickup is cheap and skippable, which is why it never amounts to anything. KICKR works because every spot is paid for and every player is expected. The refund policy exists so the league is fair to the people who do show up, your teammates, without being harsh to people whose lives change.
