What can we help with?

App Issue Report a bug Crash, wrong score, missing match, or anything else inside the KICKR mobile app. Tell us what device you're on and what you tapped. Registration Change your spot Switch divisions, change your availability, transfer your spot to a sub, or update your jersey name and number. Refund Request a refund Read the refund policy first, then email us with your name and registration email. Refunds go back to the original card via Stripe in 3 to 5 business days. Privacy Account or data Request a copy of your data, change your email, or delete your account. See our privacy policy for what we store and why.

Where we play

Central Tech Stadium, 725 Bathurst Street, Toronto. Mon to Fri evenings, 6 to 11 PM. There is no walk-in office; for in-person questions, find us at the field on a game night.
